WHITNEYKIDS
Welcome to the Whitney Kids' program! At Whitney, we believe that children are a gift from God to nurture, love, and protect. Whitney Kids strives to establish an environment that will encourage each and every child to know and experience the love and hope of Jesus Christ and share that with others. We work hard to make our children's classes welcoming, engaging, and safe. There will always be at least two staff members in each classroom. All staff are qualified according to our Children's Ministry Safety Policy.

Sunday Kids' Classes
Weekly classes for kids during our 10:30 am Sunday service
- Nursery: newborn - 2 years old
- Pre-K
- Kindergarten and 1st Grade
- 2nd and 3rd Grades
- 4th and 5th Grades (meets on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Sundays of each month)
Every 5th Sunday of the month is Family Sunday, where kids join their families for the main service. Nursery is still provided on 5th Sundays.
Kids' Club
Wednesday nights from 6:30 - 8:00 pm
Kids are invited to join us every Wednesday night for Whitney Kids' Club! We use AWANA curriculum that focuses on reaching young people for Christ. Kids' Club runs September through April and is open to kids 2 years before kindergarten through 5th grade. You can read more about the AWANA program here.
Summer Camps
Kids grade 3 and up have the chance each summer to attend week-long camps at Camp Pinewood. Programs at Camp Pinewood include chapel sessions, games, and lots of outdoor fun together in beautiful McCall.

What to Expect on a Sunday
- Nursery aged children (0-2 years old) can be checked in at the beginning of the 10:30 service.
- Kids ages 3 through 5th grade stay with parents until after the worship song time, when they're dismissed downstairs to their classes.
- When you walk through the doors on the parking lot side of the church, the kids' check-in table will be to your left in the back of the sanctuary.
- Our kids' classes are downstairs, but we welcome you to check out our kids' classrooms before the service starts so you can see what our classrooms look like!
