TLC 2024 is right around the corner!

This event is one of the most impactful events we participate in throughout the year. We will head to Washington Family Ranch in Central Oregon for a three day winter retreat with 400+ other high schoolers.

This year we will have my former youth pastor, Joe Castaneda, as our camp speaker, so I’m extra excited to take our students over to participate!

Here are the details for TLC:

• Registrations and $50 non-refundable deposits are due by Sunday, December 1st. 

  • This deposit will hold your spot and get you a free shirt.

  • Final payments are due the week before we leave, Sunday Dec. 22nd.

• The total cost for students this year is $240, which covers travel, housing, food, and camp fees. For Whitney families and students, $100 of the $240 registration cost will be covered from our youth budget! That means the actual cost for students to come is $140! That’s how important it is for your student to be there.

• Once we have our group registered, I’ll send you a few consent/release forms to sign, travel plans, and the packing list toward the beginning of December. 

• If your student has any scholarship money from fireworks season or coffee cart shifts, they can use those funds toward this event as well.
